About
Mary-Ann has been practicing Yoga since 2007 and has a solid training deeply rooted in the teachings of Vinyasa, Moksha, Power, Yin, and Hatha Yoga.
She continues education in Ashtanga and Anusara Yoga. Inspired from Prana Vinyasa Yoga, she completed a 200 Yoga Teacher Training in Montreal 2014, with Kimiko Fujimoto, her long time mentor at Studio Breathe. Yoga is for everyone. The practice of Yoga relaxes, disciplines and trains the body while incorporating the breath. The mind settles and meditation is more available. Relax, feel ease and transform. Aware with your mind, the movement of your body and your spirit. Be dynamic. Mary-Ann teaches comprehensive alignment. Kindness to yourself. Self-Love. She coaches relaxation and the intuitiveness to listen to your body while incorporating humor and joy to positively build your self-confidence on and off the mat. Mary-Ann attends numerous workshops with world-class and inspiring teachers whenever she can. She is a strong believer in Office Yoga Office, a movement and mindset training to consciously bring Yoga to the workplace. Save yourself time and stress for nothing, she will meet you at any home, office, hospital or school in the Montreal and surrounding area within a 50km radius to provide an on-site yoga lesson for yourself or an entire group — ideal for all levels. Teaching guided meditations has sparked the creative artisan in Mary-Ann. She enjoys hand crafting Mala Necklaces and bracelet stacks. Malas made with love from a personal collection of Mala beads she has collected from around the world.
