I have been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2010. I found that my interpersonal and communication skills from my professional career easily translated to an enhanced student experience. While experiencing inner-peace and improved fitness, the practice led me to become a yoga instructor. The journey has been a varied one, of practicing and teaching in various venues, from large corporate fitness centers, to club houses, yoga studios and private instruction. I primarily teach flow (vinyasa) based yoga, integrating alignment and intuition, strength and fluidity. I create custom classes to inspire greater empathy for the self by cultivating a strong and flexible foundation. Students will experience a peaceful yet stimulating and challenging practice, blending graceful flow with healthy mental and physical alignment.
