I completed 200 Hour yoga teacher training with Mark Stephens. I have completed continuing education hours with Mark Stephens, Seane Corn and Prison Yoga Project among others Continuing education topics have included: Trauma Informed Yoga, Safe Alignment, Pranayama, Chakras, Embodiment & Mindfulness, Yoga with traditionally unserved & underserved persons.
