Currently, Maggie teaches throughout Brooklyn at Practice Yoga and Movement Gyms, specializing in Yin and Vinyasa classes. With over two decades of movement knowledge from a professional career in Modern Dance, she is dedicated to creating safe spaces where individuals can joyfully connect with their bodies through yoga. Her in-depth understanding of anatomy and kinesiology informs her thoughtful asana choices, and she is passionate about dynamic vinyasa flows, grounding yin, trauma-conscious pedagogy, and focused pranayama.
