A certified 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher and experienced elementary school teacher, Mary has a delightful way of connecting with her students and making yoga approachable for all levels.
Like life, the road of yoga teaching for Mary is a beautiful & complex journey. Mary began her yoga practice in her home with Seane Corn videos. Curiosity and the desire to learn more led her to classes at Moksha Yoga Center. Some of her first and very inspirational teachers were Amber Cook and Morgan Lee. Mary completed her teacher training under the direction of AmyBeth Treciokas at Yoga Now in Chicago, IL. You can find her teaching and continuing to take classes there as well as Yogaview and online with Seane Corn. Mary feels the best way to grow as a teacher, or in anything really, is to continue learning. She continues to take classes & workshops as often as possible. Mary loves to share the transformative power of yoga with others and is happy to bring classes to you.
