in 2014 completed my Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor from Kripalu School of Ayurveda. Dean and teacher of the YS Nirinjan Dev School of Yoga. in a semi retired mode I do freelance yoga teaching at studios and local college. Love to teach yoga and Ayurveda and to do special events. Specialize in yoga for athletes. During Covid 19 I have been offering Facebook live classes. I am very much enjoying the online classes. Hoping to offer stress relief during this really hard time.
