Mary Correia is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS RYT For me Yoga has been and continues to be a Peaceful Spiritual and Energizing experienceThrough my Personal Practice and working with dedicated teachers I became inspired to share this experience by completing a hr Yoga Certification I have been teaching Yoga for year and also have certifications in Senior & chair Yoga I started teaching in in Tewksbury MA at the Public School Adult Evening classes where I created classes for Gentle Yoga & Yoga for Active Adults and Yoga with Exercise Bands and Balls I also taught classes at The Lowell MA YMCA Childrens Yoga and Senior Yoga classes from - when I moved to Florida Currently I teach Yoga in Sanford FL as a contractor with Central Florida Hospital with their HU Program.
