About
Mary Beth Scanlon is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Mary Beth is dedicated to teaching heart-based vinyasa style yoga. She believes that true yoga takes place not only when we align ourselves physically in the asanas, but, ultimately, when the heart and mind align, as well. Mary Beth's classes are fun, challenging and inspiring. Her students experience moving through a creative, thoughtful and well-rounded flow, designed to serve all levels. Mary Beth's relatable style has a way of lending students an opportunity to dive deeper into their yoga practice on a mental and spiritual level. She is dedicated to helping her students to lovingly accept where they are in the present moment. Mary Beth encourages others to let go of what no longer serves them, so that they can get closer to becoming the highest version of themselves.
