I am an E-RYT 500 Hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor and hold training certificates in Pilates.
With over fifteen years of yoga and pilates practice experience, I love to educate myself in these two disciplines. I love teaching flow based yoga but also hold certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga with Weights, and Yoga Breathing Coaching and also teach Yoga for Osteoporosis, Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga. I am an Institute for Integrative Nutrition trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with hormone/gut health being my speciality niche for women in perimenopause/menopause. I am very passionate about feeling the aliveness from flowing and moving with the breath. My future goals include Soul Purpose & Spiritual Coaching and Reiki. When I am not relishing in the energy of teaching & coaching my clients and my personal practices, you may find me spending time with family & friends, nature loving through hiking, snuggling my dogs, reading young adult dystopian novels, volunteering in the community, tasting wine with friends, and daydreaming about mountain getaways and international travels.
