About
With over 15 years of experience teaching yoga, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and communities experience the transformative power of yoga.
My journey has been shaped by extensive training, including over 1,000 hours in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, advanced studies in Kundalini Yoga and Prenatal Yoga, and holding a CIAYT (Certified International Association of Yoga Therapists) certification. These experiences have profoundly influenced my teaching style, allowing me to guide students and teachers with a therapeutic, inclusive approach that honors the wisdom of the body, mind, and soul. As a lead teacher and trainer, I’ve specialized in 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings, certifying over 250 teachers internationally. My programs are designed to empower teachers with a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology while fostering authenticity and confidence in their personal teaching styles. My goal is to help teachers create impactful, accessible, and inclusive practices that resonate deeply with their students. I also hold a certification in The Trauma of Money, which equips me to better support yoga teachers and wellness professionals through mentoring and business coaching. Understanding the complex relationship between money, self-worth, and decision-making has allowed me to guide teachers in building thriving businesses that align with their values. This unique perspective helps me address not only the practical aspects of business growth—such as systems, marketing, and operations—but also the emotional and psychological barriers that can arise around money and success. Beyond training and mentorship, I’ve had the privilege of teaching public classes, facilitating workshops, and working one-on-one with clients in yoga therapy sessions. My approach is deeply rooted in creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can explore their inner world, access the wisdom of their bodies, and uncover paths to healing and transformation. Whether guiding a dynamic flow, a prenatal class, or mentoring a teacher in their business journey, my focus is on cultivating connection, authenticity, and trust. I believe yoga is a practice that goes beyond the mat, offering tools for self-awareness, resilience, and living in alignment with one’s values. It’s my mission to help students and teachers alike embrace their unique journey and step into their fullest potential with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
