Yoga found me at the perfect time.
It was a time that I needed it most…and it gave me the strength to change my life. I knew that one day I would share this powerful practice with others. In November of 2021, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through My Vinyasa Practice (MVP) and I started teaching in studios as quickly as I could. I fell in love with restorative yoga almost immediately after teaching for a few months and took a Restorative Yoga training through MVP in 2022. I completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training through MVP in December of 2024. In my classes, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where students can go to into the deeper layers of the Self- exploring, with the loving reminder that yoga asks us to show up exactly as we are. May we all find acceptance, love, and peace for others and ourselves through our practice.
