Since then, Mary’s practice has become her foundation for well-being both on and off the mat. As a teacher, Mary brings a nurturing feel to her classes and individual clients, creating and holding a safe space for her students to experience yoga as a gateway for transformation and growth. She is dedicated to helping students find their individual paths towards a healthy and strong mind, body and spirit, using yoga as a life-long practice for well-being. Mary is a certified Yoga for Healthy Aging instructor, and the founder of Sanctuary Yoga, a spiritual wellness ministry of Trinity Church, Swarthmore, cultivating compassion through the wisdom and practice of yoga.
