Mary Torres is an Educator Social Worker and RYT with a passion for personal growth self-care and mindfulness practices She is dedicated to her own path of spiritual and emotional growth and hopes to influence others to do the same She has over years of experience working with children youth and families dealing with trauma related challenges with a special focus on building relationships and empowering each individual to see their own inner light & strength I believe that life is indeed a “journey” and that “we are never given more than we can handle” however we have to have the insight and right mind to make this statement inherently true and to embark on our own authentic paths yet in the beginning it is nice to have an empathic soul to stand by you this is what I hope I have been and will continue to be for others Marys regular personal practice includes Conscious Breath work Walking & Sitting Mediation Yoga and a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature & spiritual philosophy across all boundaries.
