Michelle Young is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.
Michelle is registered at the 500 level, and is currently advancing her studies in the 1000 IAYT field of study. Michelle has studied under wonderful teachers, all who generously shared their wisdom and talent. Originally, Michelle studied with Shanti Kelley, a very well known and respected E-RYT in Austin, TX. In 2016, Michelle began deepening her studies in Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and additional health and wellness modalities. This led Michelle to study with Senior Experienced Facilitators and Master Teachers including Leslie Kaminoff, Nischala Joy Devi, Chinnamasta Stiles, Richard Miller, and Tom Myers. Michelle currently owns a Yoga School registered with Yoga Alliance, and she writes and facilitates curriculum and trainings world wide. Currently Michelle is collaborating with teachers in Canada and the UK to offer rich international training opportunities that make yoga accessible and affordable.
