Marya is an E-RYT 500, lives in Jupiter, FL and has been teaching locally for the last 16 years.
Having been a long time runner, Marya started searching for a physically balancing modality and found Vinyasa Yoga in 2009. She fell in love with the practice and immediately completely her Teacher Training at Yoga South with James Kiger and Judy Weaver. Marya’s focus is Creative Flow, keeping things interesting while binding breath to movements that “work” in the body, leading to functionality, openness and strength. “I just want people to feel good in their bodies, with less pain and more joy, gratitude and kindness.” Marya Glowka is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
