Maryse Dion

She has always been sporty, but has never been attracted by the competitive nature of sport. At the very beginning of her practice, she only wanted to add a new sport to her life, but she quickly realized that yoga brought her other benefits than physical activity. Yoga is a discipline that combines body, breathing and mind. In 2022, she joined the 200h Yoga Teacher Training offered in Cocoa Beach by Full Circle Yoga School. She likes to teach dynamically and wants you to discover the benefits of the discipline. She can teach in French or in English. She also speaks Spanish. Maryse Dion is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
