Jivada Matt Fritts MPH PMP E-RYT has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for years He first found yoga through Sri Swami Satchidananda founder of Integral Yoga in He completed basic -hour teacher training in at Satchidananda Ashram- Yogaville VA and intermediate -hour teacher training two years later in Coimbatore India He earned a Master of Public Health degree in and currently works at the University of Virginia his alma mater where he plans and manages programs to enhance psychological well-being among faculty and staff A student and practitioner of Buddhism he has had the fortunate opportunity to help plan and coordinate two major teachings by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Washington DC He serves on the Board of two Dharma organizations: Natural Dharma Fellowship and the Insight Meditation Community of Charlottesville.
