Fifteen years ago, I stepped onto a yoga mat seeking balance amidst a demanding career and a fast-paced lifestyle.
What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a holistic way of living.My classes are welcoming and accessible to yogis of all levels. Each class begins with meditative stillness and pranayama, builds into energizing movement set to music, and closes with grounding restorative postures.Inspired by earth, water, fire, air, and space, I weave the five elements throughout practice to cultivate a deeper connection with the subtle energies that shape both practice and life.I live in Milwaukee with my family and our dog, Albert.
