I started yoga in : it was such a blessing in my life I became rapidly a passion of mine Who would have thought that a few years later i would love it so much to enroll in my first YTT? Based in Quebec Canada I am a registered yoga teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance since july My classes are in french but i can definitly teach in english too At the moment I mostly do private sessions for events but i plan on teaching in studios soon I teach vinyasa classes only My practice is very intentional accessible and compassionate Yoga has saved me from so much emotional hurt : i want to give it back with classes that feels like a warm hug Contact me for more info!.
