Her love of yoga brought her to complete her yoga teacher training at Satsang Yoga in Westfield, NJ studying under Ellen Kaplow and Sally Narkis. Maureen loves to introduce her friends and anyone else even remotely interested to the practice and ideas of yoga. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and focuses on teaching beginners, introducing them to the postures and breathing in a way that is accessible to everyone. Maureen sees yoga as a lifelong education and practice and looks forward to where each new step in her yoga journey will lead her.
