Dr Maureen F Johnson is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I have been a special education teacher for years and implement my certification in Kid Yoga daily with my special education students I look forward to our yoga journey together I was a classically trained ballet dancer with the Boston Ballet throughout my childhood into early adulthood and utilize a lot of my ballet training in my yoga instruction and have entitled this "balléyo" A blend of ballet stretching discipline and mindfulness that has benefited me in all capacities of my body mind and soul I look forward to our yoga journey together and sharing my passion for yoga and mindfulness with you Namasté.
