I am a registered yoga teacher (200 RYT) with Yoga Alliance and received my training through Heart&Soul Integrated Health and Yoga in Marble Falls, Texas.
I have taught classes at H&S and am currently teaching at Oakwood Residences in Beijing, China and at the YogaYard in Beijing. Yoga is my passion. I get excited when a new yogi starts his or her journey. I love my family and I love the outdoors, especially the water (lake, ocean, pool, doesn't matter). My favorite saying which I try to live by is: "Your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits and your habits becomes your destiny." Namaste
