Max Kopeikin is a crazy monkey who has been dancing on tables since he was three.
His AcroYoga classes combine the wisdom and alignment of yoga, the fieriness and playfulness of acrobatics and the holistic touch of Thai massage. Perfect for people new to the practice or seasoned AcroYogis and AcroYoginis. Max's Hatha Flow classes are alignment-centered and can range from quite dynamic to gentle/restorative. Max has practiced various forms of yoga over the last decade of practice including Iyengar, Jivamukti, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Hatha, Anusara and AcroYoga. Max has studied extensively with his Buddhism and Thai Massage teacher Ajan Supron Mukomla and yoga teachers Sean Haleen, Jeremy Simon, Jill Janaki Ableson, Juliette Campbell-Allard, Laura Bernsconi, Harvey Deutch and Amanda Moran. He is a certified Hatha Yoga and AcroYoga teacher. Max is currently working on his Masters from CIIS in EXA and has a Postgraduate Degree in DMT. He is also studying to become certified in the Feldenkrais Method. Max began his career teaching yoga and AcroYoga in Barcelona at yoga con gracia, and he still travel teaches in Europe. Max teaches regular classes and workshops at Yoga Tree in San Francisco.
