About
Max began his yoga journey with online videos but did not experience the full effect until attending a hot vinyasa class at 4th Ave Yoga.
After feeling the profound physical and mental benefits in a studio setting, he pursued and completed his 200-hour (RYT) certification in the summer of 2024 through YogaOasis. Specializing in Hatha and Power Flow Vinyasa, his classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. With a degree in neuroscience from the University of Arizona, Max is continuously amazed by yoga’s ability to quiet the mind and bring balance to the nervous system. He believes that the practice of intent and focus during yoga fosters a deep awareness that extends beyond the mat, influencing how we perceive and engage with the world. This journey of awareness leads to acceptance—of all that has been, all that is, and all that will be.
