I was introduced to yoga by a dear friend over years ago in my hometown in Mexico Not long after I was diagnosed with Cancer and my yoga teachers at the time guided me through my practice with love and compassion and made modifications to help my practice when my body was weak from treatment This is what inspired me to become a yoga teacher to help others no matter what they are going through in life I completed my hour yoga teacher certificate at Prana Yoga in Denville New Jersey with Christy Linson / Aligned Flow Having a bigger body has helped me focus my practice on accessibility and diversity My classes welcome people of all shape and size experience level and age I believe that yoga is for everybody in every body Join me for classes that blend gentle flow vinyasa and restorative yoga along with meditation and breathing exercises Together we can create a supportive and inclusive community where everyone can find healing and peace through yoga.
