In addition to her love of yoga, McKenzie is a Recreational Therapist and Athletic Trainer. Her advanced knowledge of holistic and preventative healthcare coupled with her education in sports medicine and rehabilitation make her a highly qualified yoga teacher. McKenzie believes yoga and all recreational activities should be accessible to people of all abilities and strives to create inclusivity in every flow practice. Namaste, and peace to all!
