She has been teaching movement since 2006 and guiding yoga practitioners since 2011, dedicating her career to helping others build strength, fluidity, and balance—both on the mat and in life.Megan has managed/owned 405 YOGA for over seven years and leads one of the highest alumni-rated Yoga Teacher Training programs in the U.S. Holding an E-RYT 500 credential and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) status, she has trained extensively in vinyasa, power flow, The Rocket, yin, restorative, prenatal, yoga for athletes, and dance-infused flow.Known for her signature style—challenging, empowering, and deeply intentional—Megan seamlessly blends intelligent sequencing, hands-on alignment, and an electric energy that keeps students coming back for more.
