Megan Clavijo

From her early days teaching dance at age 15, Megan's journey has evolved into a multifaceted exploration of mind-body connection and spiritual growth. In May 2012, she achieved her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, marking the beginning of her dedication to yoga instruction. Expanding her expertise, Megan obtained certification as a children’s yoga instructor in July 2012 and immersed herself in facilitating various Yoga Teacher Training programs across the Southeast. She further deepened her practice by completing Thai Yoga training in July 2016 and attained her 500 Registered Yoga Teacher certification in the same month, solidifying her commitment to the discipline. In March 2019, Megan established Stillness Academy of Yoga (formerly MPowered Stillness School of Yoga), a Registered Yoga School (RYS), where she has since mentored and graduated numerous aspiring yoga teachers. Embracing her newest endeavor, Megan now serves as an Akashic Record reader, intuitive guide, and practitioner of wisdom, offering invaluable insights and support for personal growth, discovery, and self-awareness. Presently based in Beaufort, SC, Megan, now an E-RYT 500, continues to share her wealth of knowledge and experience through weekly yoga classes and the operation of House of Stillness, a holistic hub for self-development and defense, which she co-manages with her husband, Cesar Clavijo. Beyond her professional pursuits, Megan cherishes her role as a mother to three wonderful children, nurtures her passion for meditation, and finds solace in communing with nature.
