Megan Dillon is a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher.
She also has a Level 2 Aerial Yoga Certification and her Yoga Trapeze Teacher Certification. Through Megan's studies, she resonated with a Trauma-Sensitive approach to her teachings. No matter what class type she teaches her approach is the same: anyone can do yoga. There are no levels, judgment, or expectations on her students. She allows them to move at their own pace and make the practice their own. She emphasizes that as long as a student is breathing that her students could lay in Child's Pose the whole class and she will always honor and respect them for it as they are honoring and respecting their own bodies. She is continuing her pursuits in training for her Certified Healthcare Musician Certification and looking to move towards a certification in Sound Healing.
