I would like to offer through my teaching a creative, lively environment in which my students can build strength as well as personal integrity.
My background in theater empowers me to lead classes with power and energy, which I believe gives me the presentation skills necessary to appeal to a large audience. I have personally developed my own sense of empowerment through yoga, and strengthening my body and subsequently my mind has changed my life so profoundly that I can't wait to share it with others!
