What started as a fun way to exercise and relieve stress quickly became a passion and lifestyle. After many years of dedicated practice, taking the step to participate in a yoga teacher training was a natural progression. Megan completed a 200-hour teacher training at Arrichion Hot Yoga in Charlotte, NC, and received her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 certification in January 2015. She recently completed a second 200-hour teacher training at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala in Rishikesh, India, which deepened her understanding of the ancient practice and its transformative power. She specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Megan's classes promote mindfulness, relaxation, and balance in daily life. She believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a way of life, and she is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
