Megan Swilley

She first became involved with yoga as a way to counteract her overly active lifestyle. She completed her first 200 hr YTT in 2009 in Charleston, SC and her second in 2020 under Stephanie Mitchell-Ball at the Yoga and Ayurveda Center in Bethlehem, PA. Megan has continued to expand her practice to become a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher under the instruction of Julia Forest owner of Awakened Spirit Yoga in Sonoma, CA. She has also studied under Kaytee Hernandez in Austin,TX to complete her Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification. She has completed additional certifications as a Yin Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga Teacher, and Chair Yoga Teacher. Megan is also a Birth Doula trained by Stephanie Antunes of Doula School in Ontario, Canada, Lactation Specialist, and Certified Ayurveda Specialist with a focus in diet and nutrition. As part of her holistic lifestyle Megan is an Internationally Certified Clinical Aromatherapist registered with the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and a budding Herbalist currently working through a 1,000 hr Immersion Program w. a concentration on Herbal Holistic Healing. When she isn't on her mat, Megan can be found in her extensive organic garden, cooking and creating various concoctions in her home, enjoying her time with her husband, family & friends, exploring the woods and mountains, or fishing her way through every lake and stream she can find. She currently resides and teaches in the Southern New Hampshire area. Namaste
