About
I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago while in graduate school, turning to the practice as a way to manage stress and find balance.
Over time, yoga became much more than stress relief. It grew into a grounding, transformative part of my life. In 2025, I completed my teacher training with One Point One Yoga in Pittsburgh, where I deepened my understanding in alignment, breath and the philosophy of yoga. My teaching style is compassionate and accessible, shaped not only by my training but also my personal journey. Born with Erb's Palsy, I have first hand experience with adapting movement and l am deeply familiar with the power of modifications to make yoga safe and supportive for all bodies.I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or physical ability. My goal is to create a welcoming space where students can explore their practice with curiosity, kindness and respect for their own body.
