Meg Vyas, MS, E-RYT 500, RCYT, is the founder of Mindfulness with Meg, a certified yoga therapist from Breathing Deeply, and a certified health coach.
Mindfulness with Meg is based in the Boston area and has touched thousands. Meg works extensively with educators, parents, and children promoting stress reduction, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness starting at a young age as a foundation for success at home, school, and in life. Meg’s teaching style is playful, inclusive, creative, and interactive. In addition to being a registered adult and child yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, Meg has studied MBSR with Jon Kabat-Zinn and is also a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Meg has presented at several conferences in the past 3 years: New Hampshire’s National Education Association, New Hampshire School Counselor Association Conference (NHSCA), Mindfulness in Society Conference, New Hampshire Library Association Conference, and a two-time speaker at the National Kids Yoga Conference in Washington D.C. Meg holds a BA from Middlebury College and a Master in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. My motto for this pandemic is: What we practice grows stronger.
