A Michigan native and a longtime Maine/NH resident Meghann discovered yoga informally in her youth As a theatre artist/educator she had long been incorporating yoga practices into both her craft and her teaching and in she became a Hr Registered Yoga Teacher RYT Meghann has since trained with ChildLight Education Company completing her hour Childrens Yoga Teacher Training in and gaining a certification in Gentle Yoga for Seniors in Meghann relishes in the variety and creativity of life both on and off the yoga mat She enjoys working with yoga students of all ages - teaching gentle chair yoga in person and all levels yoga online - and seeks to make her sessions accessible to all bodies within a safe creative flow Meghann spends as much time as she can in nature is an avid gardener and loves to explore the NH/Maine forests trails and coastlines.
