A mountain goat at heart, Meghann was born and raised in Colorado. Through the most challenging of times, yoga provided Meghann the ability to renew her spirit, teaching her grace and compassion towards herself. Not only positively affecting her physical body, the practice gave her the tools to enhance her spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being and aided her on her healing journey. Always a student and eager to keep learning and growing, she is excited to share the gifts that yoga provides both on and off the mat. Meghann's practices have a vibrant, grounding energy about them. Rooted in authenticity, her warm-hearted style encourages the growth of the physical and spiritual self. Weaving mudras into a heartfelt space of interconnection, her style has the perfect blend of kind and playful energy. When not at yoga you can catch Megs roaming wild in the outdoors.
