Melanie Locher is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Melanie has been practicing yoga since 2008. Her 200 hour training is in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, with Yoga Lounge & Barre, Hudson, Ohio. Her 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training was with Tracy Rhinehart of Studio 108: Body Mind Soul, Independence, Ohio. In addition, Melanie holds a Trauma Informed Yoga Certification, as well as certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Embodied Slow Flow Yoga. She has trained with the Center for Sound Therapy, and is a Reiki Master Practitioner.
