My name is Melinda, and I am passionate about yoga! After being a yoga practitioner for over 20+ years in my personal life, I decided to pursue my yoga teacher certification in 2023.
This has been the most amazing decision and journey that I could have ever imagined! I am now a registered RYT-200 hour yoga teacher and have been teaching vinyasa style yoga since June 2024. I specialize in beginner friendly classes that are easily accessible to all fitness levels. I am also a certified chair yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
