Hi! Thanks for visiting my bio.I’m a yoga teacher, educator, and holistic health practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through meaningful, sustainable change.
My work sits at the intersection of yoga, science, psychology, and contemplative wisdom, offering practices that are both deeply grounding and intellectually engaging.With formal training in Adult Education (MEd), Religious Studies (BA), Health & Nutrition Counseling (RHNC™), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy–informed coaching, and over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, I bring an integrative approach to yoga and retreat facilitation. My classes weave together asana, breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy alongside evidence-based insights from neuroscience, behavior change, and somatic awareness.Having navigated my own experiences with perfectionism, burnout, and anxiety, I teach from lived understanding rather than prescription. My style is compassionate, thoughtful, and quietly empowering, with a touch of humour and humanity. Rather than pushing for peak experiences, I guide students toward clarity, steadiness, and reconnection with their own inner intelligence.I am especially well-suited to retreats for busy professionals and high-performing individuals who value both rigor and rest—people seeking practices that feel meaningful, intelligent, and applicable to real life.
