Melissa Fenner is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS completed YTT at Kripalu in the beautiful Berkshires in the Spring of 2023.
Blessed to be teaching at Middle River Yoga in Stafford CT, and various community opportunities and private events as they arise. As a former public educator for over 20 years giving back to local school district communities by providing them a safe space to reconnect and refill self so they could continue to give to their students and community. Additionally completed 75 hours each Meditation Module and Pranayama Module and recently am certified in KYIS -Yoga in Schools and am sharing it with staff and students since returning to public school teaching in the fall of 2024.
