I have been practicing yoga since 2001.
It was a gym yoga class setting until 2009 when I found my yoga studio. I practiced there for 5 years until the day they closed last year. In 2011 I received my 230 hr RYT from Dharma Yoga Studios in Greenville SC and have been working since then to receive my 500RYT. I'm 2 workshops away! I teach between 6-9 classes a week and offer private/semi private sessions as well. My teachers include:Ally Ford, Doug Keller, Michael Stone, Stephanie Keach, James Bailey, Max Strom, and David Keil. Since all of my teachers are so diverse I try to incorporate little bits from here or there to create my own style of Flow. :)
