Melissa Moran is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Following years of heavy travel for work accompanied by the lack of a good self-care routine Melissa first came to her mat exhausted As she began regular practice yoga was a balm for her body and mind  After several years of committed practice her seasonal allergies disappeared  As her body began to restore its health Melissas spiritual self began to awaken  She enrolled in teacher training at Santosha School so that she could continue to grow  The spiritual teachings and meditation techniques of Paramahansa Yogananda and the eternal wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita have been especially inspirational for her Melissa teaches a - minute flow that is accessible for all body types and that is based in the Santosha School Hatha-inspired flow  As a student you are invited to practice a sequence to activate and awaken the muscles and energy in your body plus follow cues for breathing By connecting breath and movement your mat becomes a place for both movement exploration and self-awareness  Melissas intent in teaching is that the flow will leave you feeling renewed and seeking more opportunities for personal growth and self-care.
