For the past four years I have been teaching Yoga classes to assist and mentor all lifestyles and needs.
The various programs I offer allow me to deliver Yoga to all demographics and physical abilities. The community recreation program supports these sessions so that they are financially available to everyone no matter their social economic situation. I have been honoured to offer a Yoga program to the Grace Wellness and Treatment Centre. An opportunity to introduce Yoga to those in need of physical and mental wellness habits. I provide community Yoga to our local youth groups which include but are not limited to the Girl Guides of Canada, as well as Scouts Canada. It is part of my philosophy to volunteer my time when offering these classes to any bonafide youth group. My class environment is very welcoming. With such a varied series of offerings and students, the class has to provide a warm welcome. If someone leaves my class not feeling that they belonged, then I have failed in the greatest way possible. I have trained and am certified in the following practices. Hatha Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga, Yoga Nida,. I have also trained with the Lotus Centre as a Meditation Instructor. I have just begun.
