Melissa L. Tanner is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.In 2020, I completed my 200RYT certification. In 2021, I made the leap to work as a coach, an educator, Reiki practitioner, and yoga teacher. I have taught community classes, private classes, healthcare classes and corporate classes. At the end of 2024, I completed 1000 hours of teaching as a 200-RYT to become an E-RYT and Yoga Continuing Education Provider. In 2025, I opened my first physical location, SparkU Healing & Yoga in Panama City Beach. The healing center focuses on women's healing, empowerment and elevation; however, my classes are open to all who choose to enter "the nest." That is our nickname for the healing center since our logo is a phoenix. My mission is to help people find peace by accessing their true and authentic selves using all the tools I have available. Including Yoga, Reiki, ThetaHealing, Life Coaching, FAR Infraed Light sessions, and a multitude of workshops.My passion is to work with women seeking to feel more empowered and helping them align and thrive!In 2025, we will begin offering Yoga CEUs for local and visiting yoga teachers at SparkU Healing & Yoga on a regular basis.I hope to meet you soon!Namaste'Melissa
