If we truly want to be happy we must go within! This is one of the many things that yoga has taught me.
In 1999 I started practicing yoga and in many ways it saved my life – Because of this I decided to share the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. I had to follow my heart and perhaps a road less traveled. In 2004, after 15 years in the weight loss industry, she left her job and traveled to Los Angeles for an intense nine week Instructional Training course at Bikramʼs Yoga College of India. This was just the beginning of her journey. Since then she has trained with several other teachers such as David Swenson, Cameron Shayne, Shiva Rae, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, Duncan Wong, Andrey Lappa and many others. After 900 Instructional Training hours and thousands of hours of practice, I am still surprised by how much I can learn from my teachers as well as my students. I am grateful to all those who bring such light into my life and it is always an honor to teach something as powerful as yoga. A special thanks to my teacher Tony Nenov for inspiring me to share the Light!
