Melylah has been sharing her love of yoga and wellness with womxn along their pregnancy birthing and parenting journey since Her teaching style encourages students to tap into their inner teacher ancestral wisdom and listen to their bodies allowing the practice to meet them exactly where they are at that moment Noticing the yoga and wellness community did not reflect back her diverse background just like the corporate America she left she seeks to cultivate space that supports and empowers Black Indigenous People of Color BIPOC Yoga found Melylah in when she moved to San Francisco and received her - hour teaching certificate in and Prenatal certification through Mama Tree in She also holds certifications in Kids Yoga; Infant Massage and Bonding Educator; Aromatherapy; and is trained a Doula; a Trauma Conscious teacher training participant; and is working towards her Hour with Janet Stone Yoga.
