Come as you are — if you're breathing, you belong.
That’s what I want every student to feel. Whether you’re brand new or decades into practice, you're welcome exactly as you are — and you're already enough. I've been teaching yoga since 2006, with a style rooted in the Ashtanga lineage of Pattabhi Jois through my teacher Jonny Kest. Over the years, my classes have evolved to include everything from Yoga Nidra, Restorative, and Yin, to Slow Burn (Healthy Backs), Ashtanga Short Series, and my favorite: Vinyasa — full of fire, breath, and release. For many years, I had the joy of running Village Yoga in Franklin — a sweet little studio known for its warmth and community. When the building became unsafe, we chose to close in 2018, but the love and laughter we shared still echo in everything I teach I lead with humor, honesty, and heart. I believe yoga helps soften the edges of life — and when we breathe and move together, we remember: You're not alone. You’re already whole. And you're always welcome.
