From an early age, Micha developed an intuitive ability to sense stuck emotional energy within the body and gently guide it back toward balance. Their work supports the release of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dis-ease—bringing greater balance and clarity, and helping the body “jump-start” its innate ability to heal.In their 20s, while on their own healing journey from addiction, childhood trauma, and abuse, Micha discovered the transformative power of yoga, Reiki, somatic inquiry, and meditation. These practices became not only tools for their personal healing, but the foundation of their life’s work. They went on to study with multiple Reiki Masters, experienced yoga teachers, meditation guides, and experts in anatomy and somatic work.Micha is a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master and Teacher, an Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor certified in multiple yoga modalities, and a somatic inquiry practitioner. Over decades of healing and supporting others, they have learned that even with extensive education, training, and experience, their most powerful and trusted tool remains the intuitive wisdom passed down through their bloodline.At Mobius Holistic, healing is not a homogenized experience. There is no single body, diagnosis, life story, or experience—and therefore no single path to restoration. Every client session is as unique as the individual receiving it. Every body is unique, and every healing experience is honored as such.
