Whether guiding newcomers or experienced practitioners, his passion is dedicated to helping yogis into a consistent yoga practice for their mind, body and spiritual well-being.Mike’s favorite style of yoga is vinyasa flow for the energizing effects and interesting transitions between postures. Recently, he has become interested in the restorative forms of yoga and meditation for their rejuvenation effects.With over three decades of experience in Toy Design, Mike has combined a passion for 3D Design and 3D printing to create distinctive yoga-inspired creations, available through @TheYogicArts.
