I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, specializations in Restorative, Gentle, and Slow Flow.
I enjoy teaching Group, Private and Beach Yoga. My classes are accessible to everyone, allowing my students to feel supported and comfortable. For me, yoga is a practice to cultivate peace and balance in daily living. I have enjoyed teaching in Southwest Florida and Amelia Island.
